This movie sure is modern - dark humoured, political, and a little too violent for kids. Animation is solid but the plot is terrible and forgettable. I watched this movie because ricky gervais was in it didnt even know what it was about but the movie animation was good the voice acting was great but the story was just boring and i could guess everything what was going to happen and got bored halfway through but i could see younger kids loving this.

The voice-acting, the unique characters, the dark humor, the animation, all make it quite an intriguing story right of the bat. Unfortunately, what starts out as a truly unique tale gives way to a horribly predictable and cliched ending. I truly thought this movie had promise, but once you realize where it"s heading it"s charm dwindles fast. What starts out as a daring piece of film ultimately loses out by playing it safe.
